Interview
Very short phone call with the recruiter to schedule first round with team members and ask about salary expectations. No other typical HR questions have been asked.
First call with the team members was extremely pleasant, they were clear about everyday tasks performed in the role; apart from guiding them through my CV and experience so far, I was asked multiple STAR questions about potential situations at work.
After this stage I have received a technical assignment consisting of two parts and was rushed to send it back before the agreed deadline.
I was invited to the next stage after a couple of days and presented the assignment to more team members. Although I was clear that I tackled some of the areas for the first time, they were insisting on asking more advanced questions. Overall went ok and although I got the impression they were looking for someone with more experience I would expect a short feedback/rejection mail. They said response could take up to three weeks but two months have passed and still haven't received any. This ghosting is even more frustrating if applying for a job as a part of relocation to another country, which was my case. Luckily found a job shortly after in a company that treats candidates and their time invested in the application process with respect.

Procedure the very smooth. All credit goes to the Talent Acquisition department, They were very transparent throughout the entire process.

Interview
HR initial interview via phone for 30 mins (late 15mins). After an interview with the qa manager of the team online for around an hour (after the first interview cancelled without any notice and waiting for 30mins), general talk about processes, skill experience and about the company, nice pleasant talk. Next was the interview with a developer and a software engineer in test online for over 1:30 hour (which again for some strange reason no one appeared without any notice, and rescheduled after waited for another 30 mins online), mostly some technical general questions regarding testing, also some strange agile/scrum conversation negative I would say. After all this they gave me an assignment??? Which forgot to send me the test data. I preferred not to continue after all this. The positive was that all seemed nice and kind people but a lot of miscommunication and from my understanding not a stable environment, wasted time
