Irish Distillers interview questions

The process was handled by the Talent Acquisition Team with some initial phone conversations going over the job description and reviewing my career experience. Following this I had three separate interviews with a team member, director and a senior stakeholder in the business. The process was quick and took around two weeks.

Starting with a video and written application, and then into the 20 minute online interview. The interview was a very relaxed and calming atmosphere which made the experience much better. The next round was assessment centres which involved a two minute passion presentation, a group case study and presentation and finally another 20 minute interview. The whole day was amazing l, getting to meet and chat with new people and discuss what the job involved. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge!
