The 1st interview was ok. With HR. The same as always. Then I did a half hour interview just with the COO After that, the HR lady set up a Discord group with mtwelfth, he, COO, CEO and a executive producer. They kept sending a lot of questions via text in the group. Even until late at night. Answered everything. They even praised the responses. After several days on discussing on discord, they finally scheduled an interview with 4 of them. Only half an hour again. After that they rejected me with this feedback. In those words. “we that noticed you tend to talk a lot and may miss the point or not fully answer the question at times.” after 2 week process they “find out” that I have communication issues at the end of the process. If this was true, I would probably be eliminated at 1st screening interview.
