I had one interview with Ironmongery before I got the job which is probably the quickest interview process I have ever had. There were no phone interviews just a single interview with Charlie Carlton - Ecommerce Manager. The interview was a very relaxed and friendly interview. There was a little skills test which wasn't really a test, it was rather a check of my abilities to see if everything that I have claimed I can do is true. So if you can do what you say you can do you should be fine.
