      Interview

I had a really disappointing experience with EuroAI’s interview process. They required a one-way video interview where you’re given only 30 seconds to read each question and just one minute to respond. It felt extremely rushed and unnatural. This format doesn’t give candidates a fair chance to properly think through their answers or showcase their knowledge and personality. Instead of feeling like a genuine assessment, it felt more like a stressful time trial. Overall, I found the process unhelpful and honestly a waste of time. I believe companies should aim for interview methods that allow candidates to present themselves in a more authentic and thoughtful way.
