Interview
I met with a principal of one of the schools, spoke briefly with her, and she offered me a job. Luckily, I knew someone that worked at one of the schools that helped me get in.
It was very straight forward and easy. The interview felt more of a get to know you and how you would handle different situations. They asked different senerios and had me explain what I would do if that situation would happen.
Only 20minutes interviewing time, I got into long term sub position. It is easy to me. However, internal references are very important to get into the district. I still need to process all steps of background check.
