I enjoyed a 30 min interview over Google Meet with 2 Isentia managers who were well prepared to brief me on the job as well as asking relevant questions. I was slightly apprehensive because oit ewas my first experience of Google Meet.

They asked me about a mistake I had made at work and how it was resolved.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Isentia (Melbourne) in July 2024
Interview
The initial phone screening was followed by a 30 minute writing test. The test had some grammar and writing tasks. Waited for around a week after that for a reply.
