Go to their corporate office in Lafayette, after going through several dummy proof basic interview questions to establish that you have a pulse, they put you up in a hotel for a week and send you to different oil and gas production schools that are required for whatever contract you're going to be working on. These include Island's ACCT, firefighting, first aid/CPR, water survival, and maybe T-2 safety production systems if you're lucky.
