Be careful trying to negotiate with this team. There are big egos in leadership and they have no qualms about taking back an offer that they've already extended if you ask too many questions. If you are thinking about becoming a talent professional with them and end up trying to hire talent for them, beware. They may just blow up deals with your candidates when they ask questions, ask for more money, or whether different types of benefits would be on the table. They need to leave the prideful attitude at home in our modern economy and tight labor market.
