Very, very long process. Went through 4 interviews over the course of 6 weeks, including an hour long presentation that took almost 20 hours to prepare, only to be told they received a last minute internal applicant and were moving forward with them. :( While I don’t agree with their decision to move me forward in the interview process if they were undecided enough to hire a last minute candidate instead, every person I met throughout the experience truly is the reason I was so sad to not receive the offer. I’ve never met such an incredibly brilliant and genuine group of people in my life. Iterable and it’s people live by their values to the point where it felt like I’d stumbled upon a hidden utopia. I’ve never felt so much passion and excitement about a company and would definitely recommend anyone apply who is interested in a position.
