Initially I was required to submit my portfolio and CV. One of their group responded to me by email and then I was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone was scheduled within a few days and consisted of questions like - "tell me about yourself". The conversation was informal and friendly. Seemed like a nice person and it lasted a little over 30 minutes. They talked quite a bit explaining how they worked.
