I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Itlize Global in July 2021
Interview
This employer engages in unethical and shady business practices. They are a training-and-placement type of business. They don't hire you directly, they train you and then market you to other companies.
During an interview, the interviewer admitted they change their trainee's resumes to include false information to improve their chances of being hired by other companies.
This is predatory behavior and their jobs postings do not reflect the actual job their claim to have.
Requirements as told to me:
- Relocation to New Jersey is mandatory at some stage in the process
- You will only be paid 1200 (one time or per month, not sure) during your two-month training program
- After training salary goes up to 55k a year.
- Must sign a contract for at least 18 months
- Must also agree to have your resume changed by management
- Relocation to the hiring company's location is mandatory unless they offer a remote position. (At the time of my interview they did not have any remote positions available)
First it is the hr call, then there will be a training for a week. Then there will be a 20 minutes concept interview and a 30 minutes coding interview.

Question 1
OOP, JavaScript and SQL
General questions about the above topics
Had a phone screening then a technical interview. The recruiter told me they’ll get back to me but never did.
During the call they went through the job details and that they do contracts of 18 months with a solid salary of $55k which is low for a full-stack developer. You cannot choose your location either.
