Interview
The interview began with questions about my language abilities, including whether I could speak Japanese and English. The interviewer then asked about my knowledge of robotics and my experience with LEGO educational platforms such as LEGO Spike and LEGO WeDo. Finally, we discussed salary expectations and compensation.

Interview
Online application with email invitation then scheduled video call. Somewhat casual zoom interview, relaxed atmosphere, not so difficult questions with good interviewers. Didn't feel like the process was complicated in any way, pretty straightforward and smooth experience.
