I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ivanti in May 2022
Interview
I set my LinkedIn profile to open for job opportunities and one of the companys recruiters direct messaged me on the portal.
First interview was with the recruiter, where she explained a bit more about the job offering and the company. Call took around 20ish minutes.
Second interview was with a director, manager and a supervisor where I was asked more in depth questions about my work experience, mainly technical things. This one took about an hour.
Third interview was about 4 days later, prior to that they had given me access to download a tampered with version of their software to install and get some tasks done, the point was to check my troubleshooting techniques and see if I was actually able to get it working, obviously I was not aware of this at the time but it was expected. The call was with the same people from the second interview plus someone from HR. For this one I had to prepare a short presentation with my "findings" as they called it. This one took a bit over an hour and it was on a Friday at the end of day.
Tuesday morning I woke up to an email asking me for a short call to discuss the next steps.
Wednesday morning I had an offer letter

I applied online. I interviewed at Ivanti (Tokyo) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was structured, professional, and very well‑organized. From the beginning, the HR representative set a positive tone by clearly introducing the company, its culture, and the expectations for the role. The introduction was detailed and delivered in a very professional manner, which helped me understand Ivanti’s mission, the team structure, and how the Technical Support Engineer position contributes to the overall product ecosystem.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ivanti (New Delhi) in June 2022
Interview
Initial contact was through recruitment team where they explained about their requirements and discussed my experience as well. The second round was a zoom call with the support manager where we discussed about my knowledge and technologies technologies I've worked on. The Interviewer was extremely pleasent. He also asked me about the challenges that I had with my old job. This round consisted only 10% tech and 90% behaviour and communication skills.
The third round was taken by a panel of Manager, lead and engineer. There were a lot of good questions on pc , networking and SQL. They also asked about my challenges with my previous job and how I overcame it. The last round was with the region head which was completely Technical. This was purely technical and I would suggest to make sure that you prepare fully for this
