Did not get an offer at the end for the reason "there's no role" for me. Totally a waste of time as it could have been avoided from the beginning of the process. They insisted on having 3 interviews face-to-face.
Looking around the office I can tell the culture of "we are a team" "we are a family" feels very forced with A4 papers with those sentences sticking and hanging on every space around the office.
