Very thorough and fair. Everyone was very honest and open about Ivy and what they were looking for in the role. Although I didn't get the job, I enjoyed the interview process.
Email with HR and 1:1 with hiring manger, 1:1 with current Director and a final panel interview with peers. No surprises, just normal conversation about the role and how you fit into Ivy
