I Spoke with the hiring manager and talked about the location of this possible position along with specific skill that they needed. We discussed pay and benefits package. We also discussed documentation and procedures. We talked about safety and productivity along with internal calibration procedures. The hiring manager explained reviews and pay increases. The use and need for safety shoes and safety glasses was explained to me along with the process for getting a badge to enter a facility location.

Phone interview to check integrity and personality. Then a phone interview with service manager about typical duties and qualifications. Then the face-face, get to know each other, interview with questions on values and integrity.
