Three rounds of interviews. The first two were phone interviews and the last one was a face-to-face with the manager you would most likely be working with. The phone interviews were just simple and brief.

Interview
It was a group interview with all the department heads. It was kind of confusing because they didn't announce who was the manager for which department. But overall it was easier than one would expect.
