Very unintuitive, lengthy, and extremely disorganized. I started at a career fair, got told to expect someone to reach out to me. Next thing I know, I have an interview invitation but I have no idea what it's for. I still didn't have any idea until 10 minutes into my first interview. After the first interview, I was told I should hear back in one or two weeks. Three weeks later, I get an invitation for a second interview. I do the second interview and was told I should hear back in one or two weeks. Three and a half weeks later, I get a rejection letter. I started applying to other jobs and a few days later get a phone call out of the blue and it's my first interviewer offering me a job. The whole process took about two and a half months plus another three weeks for my background check and drug test. The whole thing was needlessly lengthy and disorganized.
