3 round interview process with first round being recruiter and second with hiring manager and final with a group of HR Business Partner managers. Recruiter communicated during entire time via email and some phone calls. Hiring process only took 2 1/2 weeks.

Asked majority of questions about employee relations experience and talent development of entry-level leadership. Asked about problem solving abilities and ability to research laws and how they impact your states.
