Applying was quick easy and done quickly online. The interview was simple and quick. The longest part is the paperwork once your hired and the background check. Other then that training is quick and is only done as far as you show interest.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J. Crew
Interview
Phone interview, two in person interviews, background check/orientation. I have a non-retail career but am taking a break for my spouse's career (temporarily out of state). I thought this would be a fun way to get out of the house (with a discount) but already underwhelmed by the low pay, ridiculous scheduling, snowflakes, and excessive interview process for this menial job. Essentially three interviews where no one asked anything beyond availability. Just a waste of everyone's time.
I applied online. I interviewed at J. Crew (Westport, CT) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online, received a call, and then met for an interview. After accepting my offer I completed my background verification and began my training a few days after. Training was very helpful and hands on; coworkers helped when I needed aid.
