interview with assistant manager then store director, both are less than 10 minutes and the interview process is very fast. i had my first interview, second interview, then orientation all in under a week. they get you in very quickly if they want to hire you.

Easy, phone call then in-person. You basically just answer personality questions and give basic experience to show you can interact with customers professionally. Then, they will detail what you can expect in terms of pay and work schedule.

I was asked questions about my retail experience and style preferences. Overall it felt pretty casual and I was told on the spot that I would get the job. It was my first retail job (previously worked in food service/was finishing school).
