Underwhelming; to my surprise very straightforward. They asked why I wanted the job and about experience handling customers experience in retail (had neither). Asked about school and why I left my last job. Eventually turned into her explaining what the environment and expectations were. Hired me on the spot.

Very chill. Interview lasted about 15mins. Best advise is to just be yourself & let your personal style shine through. Bonus if your style can seamlessly integrate with the brand

Quick professional nothing over top direct questions to get to know you the online part is a little annoying and if during Covid call is on camera in front of a screen so a little bit different than the real experience
