I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J. Crew (Atlanta, GA) in June 2013
Interview
I went in person to multiple locations and filled out an application on the spot. I received an interview at two locations and I met with a manager at each location for a rather low-key interview. After interviewing, I expressed interest in which location I preferred and a few days later received a call with an offer at that location.
