Interview
Just 1 dev who works for a different company that most J-Mack employees contact out to, asking me very basic questions. Normally Charles would be there too, but, he wasn't on this one. After that, I got an offer for my full asking amount (which was admittedly lower than what I actually wanted because I'd been without a job for several months at that point).

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by Charles the COO. He was super friendly and we just talked about my past experiences and what I was looking for in a company. He sent me a take home coding challenge and kept me updated on the whole process. One of the smoothest interviews I had in a while. Unfortunately, I did not accept the offer though because I had another one that I feel is a better fit for me.
