This was a few years ago, I was surprised how long it took to get a call back for an interview. It was so long that I don't remember what job I applied for (I think it was 2.5 months). Even after preparing for three separate interviews and taking time off - I heard nothing ...until a month later with no offer.

If you fit the job description, they will offer the job!!
