You submit a resume online at their website portal before they can even begin an interview process. Then they will contact you however you specify, however phone is preferred. Glass door is forcing me to use 30 words so here it is

They just asked standard questions that relate to the job. They lay out what is expected of you and your general job duties which are different depending on which district you hire on in.
