Ridiculously fast. Two parts as the other interviewees have mentioned. If you are breathing you will get the job. There is no real "manager in training", they just want bodies to fill the lowest level of their pyramid scheme. Don't buy the majority of reviews for this company. It's pretty obvious they are mostly fabricated. If you're looking to sell Directv subscriptions in a Sam's Club for $10/hour than this is the job for you. Otherwise keep looking.
