Red Flag 1: Executive Assistant reaches out with 11 questions over email. No response for 3 weeks (15 days).
Red Flag 2: HR Team schedules a hiring panel, not a 1:1 with the manager, no recruiting screening. The day of the interview, I get kicked out of the Teams lobby and I notify the team via email. I receive an email 30 minutes later saying they didn't see me in the lobby for the 18 minutes I was waiting.
These are deeply unprofessional people. They don't post salaries. They don't explain the benefits. They assume you'll be willing to put up with their janky interviewing process. I can only imagine the organization is also a disorganized mess.

A entrevista não-estruturada tem maior autonomia por parte do recrutador que têm a liberdade de deixar as informações sobre o candidato fluírem em uma conversa mais descontraída. Por ter um formato “bate-papo”, cabe ao recrutador não se deixar perder o foco da entrevista e deixar de obter as informações necessárias sobre o candidato.
