Interview
Quite simple. A math test at the beginning and after a single interview with a manager and a consultant. The math test was pretty simple and you could solve it by using systems of equations in order to find a specific X and Y and by reasoning about the data. It was a multiple choice kind of test.

Proceso compuesto por distintos pasos. entrevista directa con business case a desarrollar. Muy buena la explicación del puesto y de la filosofía de la empresa. Movilidad interna y crecimiento del empleado sono aspectos que emergieron también durante le entrevista
Il colloquio parte con una chiamata telefonica con HR, puramente conoscitiva, per poi passare a un colloquio tecnico con quiz di logica e matematica. Infine, un altro colloquio tecnico con business case.
Il colloquio si è svolto in 3 step:
- In primo colloquio telefonico conoscitivo
- Un secondo meeting con HR via Teams, con test simil-GMAT e domande in inglese
- Un terzo con un Manager dell'area di riferimento.
