I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JANA (Canada) (Aurora, ON) in Jan 2023
Interview
They asked basic conceptual questions about React. There were no coding questions involved. Behavioural has also straight forward. Review Software development principles and React theory. Overall the interview experience was great, and I really enjoyed it.

Interview
First portion is mostly behavioral questions. Technical portion is relatively easy as there was no coding portion, but you should be knowledgeable about the fundamentals of whatever technologies you will be working with (e.g. React, .NET, etc.) as you will be quizzed on them.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (e.g. why do you want to work here? How do you deal with conflict?) and trivia questions on concepts related to the job.
Very nice and respectful people. We’re very communicative during the Interview process letting me know what stage I was at and what I should be expecting. The technical portion was also fair and they started out with some basics working their way to more difficult concepts
