The interview proces followed a typical progression starting with an initial Teams screen with the Talent Acquisition Manager, then the General Manager/HR, followed by a single on-site interview with several managers. Follow up calls/meetings were held to ensure that the position was a good fit for me and the company. The overall process was appropriate/expected for the position.
