JC Resorts interview questions

I was contacted by phone to schedule an interview with the F&B Director for Splashes Restaurant. It was mainly a personality and behavioral interview. Then I met with the General Manager of the restaurant where it got more technical and spoke about availability and expectations.

Talked to the hiring manager over the phone. They asked pretty basic opening interview questions. It was a standard phone screen. The next interview was at the location with the hiring manager.
