I posted my application and then called the next day. Less than 24 hours later I was called back and scheduled for a screening interview the very next day. The lady that interviewed me was very nice and was looking for the same in me. When that was over, she sheduled me for a second interview for the next day. A different lady asked me questions and they were the typical "how could you help us why do you want to work here" inqueries. They didn't call me back when they said they would, however, and I went a week thinking that I didn't get the job.
