I found this job through an agency. So I didn't get interviewed by anyone from the store. It was very simple and I was finished with the whole process very quickly.

The agency that hired me have me a series of math questions to complete
easy and not long but nothing to do with the job at hand but the management was not in communication making it hard to get through to most in the company

Interview
It was very laid back. It took about an hour or so. The manager was super helpful in trying to make me feel comfortable. He knew I was nervous since it was my first interview but it was a great experience.
