Interview
You submit the online application and you have to pass this test they give you. It is super easy to tell what answers they want so don't worry about that. If they like you, they'll call you in for an interview. I don't know if this is common, but in my interview they didn't ask me very many questions. Instead they just told me what the job was going to be like.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
