Interview
Firstly we had to sign in on a paper and wait for our names to be called, this was a group interview so we would be led as a group to an interviewing room where we were sat down and asked questions.
Got there, waited 20 minutes. Got in the room, they asked a few basic questions about myself. Then they ask questions about some store situations and how you would handle them. Even if you get them wrong theyre okay with it.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCPenney (Baton Rouge, LA) in June 2021
