The interview process was semi-formal and about 30 to 40 minutes. I could tell the company culture was positive and I went in knowing what they are looking for. It is all about customer service, along with some questions about your general experience, why you want to work for JCPenney, and even some personal aspirations.

Interview
It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position
Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
