      Director Interview

      29 Dec 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Plano, TX
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney (Plano, TX) in June 2012

      Interview

Half day process with multiple interviews. Meet with future teammates, peers, supervisor and various constituents around the building. The interviews are much more complicated than need be. They have a hard time making decisions as a culture, so the process ends up being too long with too many people involved.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time when you were faced with opposition to a project you were leading and how did you get past that.
