JEC interview questions

The interview process included a self-introduction, where I shared my background, education, and experiences. I also discussed my strengths and weaknesses, highlighting my skills and areas for improvement. Additionally, I explained why I chose this company, focusing on my interest in its values, growth opportunities, and how the role aligns with my long-term career goals and professional development.

The interview takes place in Cantonese, there are two board members of the QS team. Starting with a self-introduction, then followed by asking of the experience in the past jobs, like sharing of the challenges of the jobs. Also, they will ask you the job expectations and career planning.
