Interview
After initial application, 2 Skype interviews and a Project report. You are invited to a Face-to-Face interview in the UK. When you arrive at the interview location you are greeted by a member from the Business Paradigm service you applied through. You are then invited into a board room with 3 executives from JGC the standard structure is approximately 45mins questions to you and 10mins set aside for your questions.

Interview
Involved interviews by HR, I'm formal discussions with senior engineer, followed by some Aptitude tests, followed by two levels of interview by management. The people interviewing are very nice and generally want to know events that shaped your life and how you dealt with challenges etc.
