Interview
Unfortunately, I had a poor candidate experience due to a significant lack of communication throughout the process. Despite my continuous follow-ups over several weeks, I never received any feedback. This was particularly disappointing, as I had expected a more responsive and empathetic approach from a People Manager, a role that inherently values the candidate's experience and empathy. Big red flag
Additionally, I felt that the interaction with the hiring manager was overshadowed by an apparent ego, which further detracted from the overall experience. This is another big Red Flag. Given JKS's reputation, I was expecting a more professional and respectful approach.

Interview
Initial interview is a screening call. The first stage interview is conducted in person with the line manager. This was more of an open conversation, with no real structure, to see whether you are a good fit for one another (individual for the comp any and company for the individual).
