Interview

The assessment centre took through 3 stages. A 1:1 interview which was as you would expect. An intray excercise which had no relation to the practice questions they has sent in the interview email. A group excerise which you need to communicate and use your maths skills.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JLR in Nov 2017

Interview

I applied online. Then I've got a call from HR to quickly discuss my CV. Next stage was a bespoke JLR Situational Judgement Test which was really difficult. The thirdparty company is performing these tests for JLR and they provide you with a report evaluating your performance in a test which is quite helpful.

I was asked to confirm my international degree UK equivalent. Their minimum entry requirement for graduate scheme is UK 2:2

1. Initial application done online: questionnaires and CV submitted 2. Online numerical, verbal and diagrammatical reasoning, 3. Assessment centre with three parts: (a) an individual in-tray exercise (b) group task and (c) one-to-one interview. Not necessarily in that order
