      The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JLR

      Recruitment process extremely disjointed. Be aware, if asked to write up and present and new process of launch plan - the team use this as a platform to extract your ideas. Myself and two colleagues have experienced this sneaky approach by the hiring managers in different divisions. Interview feedback is non existent and communication ceases immediately after your interview. A tactful approach however the company should invest in the right talent and people you do their jobs rather than use this deceptive method.
