After applying I waited 2 months with no contact whatsoever. Even when I emailed asking for updates no reply! Please work on this JLR recruitment! HOWEVER, one random day I got invited to interview with 3 weeks notice, which was perfect. Interview structure was clearly communicated to me and I knew how to prepare due to instructions given. Reimbursement forms also given even though I didn't need them. Interview was very interesting and challenging due to heavy technical nature. I You could tell they didn't care much about past experience, they just wanted to know if I was up for the task (which I thought was fair). After getting an offer, I saw a different side of HR and I was able to very easily communicate with some very professional people.
