So fed up with the hiring managers in this place. I've applied for several years and been on a few interviews. One where a hiring manager called me and left a voicemail to call back about if I got hired, and disappeared for several days only to respond and say I didn't get it. Another time I had to do an Excel quiz in the interview and then questioned why I applied so many times to Jaguar over the years. And now recently I was called to have a phone interview and the hiring manager said I didn't have enough experience before even letting me speak. Then why call me to begin with? What is wrong with this place?
