Three different interview stages
1) HR call
2) A comprehensive report on four technical questions
3) Fina stage interview with the manager + one engineer which includes a 15 minutes presentation and both technical and behavioural questions.
The interaction with HR was very good. However, there was a bit lack of communication between the HR and hiring manager. Had to wait almost three weeks after the first HR call only to find out the applied position was filled up and the manager is considering me for a different position. Although, during that three weeks, the HR assured me multiples time that the hiring manager is still interested .
The writing part was very technical and the questions were to the point. They allow you to demonstrate your knowledge in fundamentals and technical details.
Last stage interview was a bit odd experience for multiple reasons
1) The presentation format was not well explained before the interview so that caused some confusion.
2) Hiring manager asked only behavioural questions. So no way for candidates to know how the technical discussion with hiring manager may flow.
3) Technical questions were asked by the engineer but some of the questions need better phrasing . Regardless, the focus was more on modelling structure than fundamentals in electrochemistry or numerical ability.
