JMAC Lending interview questions

Straight forward process beginning with submission of my resume via website, then a phone screening with a recruiter, then followed by an in person interview with the AVP of operations.

Initial phone interview which lasted from beginning to end roughly 15 minutes. Phone interview was conducted with HR Coordinator, Immediately scheduled in-person interview with HR Coordinator. 2 panel interview with HR representative and Manager
