They make you do a 3-step interview process, and if you pass the first step, which is the pre-recorded interview, you get the interview with the recruiter and the final interview with the head chef. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled interview, as any respectful candidate would. However, the interviewer showed up 20 minutes late without any communication or acknowledgment of the delay. I politely checked in with the hostess after waiting for a few minutes past the scheduled time, only to be met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes in total before the interview actually started. No apology or explanation was provided for the delay, and the overall energy felt rushed and indifferent — like my time and effort as a candidate didn’t matter. Overall, very poor expereince.
