Interviewed with three different level managers and HR. The interview process was not rigorous, but they did ask relevant questions relating to the position. I did find a slight language/accent barrier with one of the managers questions. English was obviously her second language and her accent caused me to ask her to repeat the question or ask for clarification.

First round: phone with human resource and hiring manager. Second round: passed first phone interview, then interview with the team members. Third round: Hiring manager made the offered. Lastly, negotiated terms.
